The dinner was at Floata Seafood restaurant which was situated at Chinatown. Renowned for it's scumptious food, it's reputation did not disappoint as we were to experience it first-hand ourselves!

A lion dance started the show off.
Along with a speech from Datuk Dr Mani Jegathesan, who is also fondly known as the Flying Doctor for competing in the 200m dash in 3 Olympic games: Rome (1960), Tokyo (1964) and Mexico (1968).
Our table was lucky number 11.

And our menu of the night was amazing!
Feast your eyes :)
Shan & Bonn enjoying the food.
Delightful Mango pudding to end the night!
We bought raffles in the hopes of winning.
Unfortunately, that did not happen. Better luck next time!
Our lovely attendees:

Bonn took the honor of being the only male present from SFU that evening but enjoyed it immensely.
After dinner festivities was dancing until 1am to ring in the new Chinese New Year.
This year was special because not only was it one of our first times attending MABC's CNY dinner, but we also had the privilege to perform a simple fan dance for them. Costumes and props provided by Tourism Malaysia. Music courtesy of my dear friend, Nancy Yeh.
Resembles Chinese waitresses dancing? :P
