Makan Night

On the 4^th of November 2011, a group of us from the Malaysian-Singaporean Student club decided to get together and have a nice dinner at a local Malaysian Café, Penang Delight. The dinner started at 5.30, (everyone was on time! which was great) and ended at around 8pm. After a quick session of getting to know one another, everyone ordered their food in no time. The variety of food that was on the table that night was no doubt heavenly looking. Definitely saw some drools on the table even before we started eating. I’m sure all of you would hands down agree with me that the food at Penang Delight was exquisite, and it definitely gave us a taste of home.

Feels just like home... :)

In the end, all I can say is that the event was a huge success. Thanks to the support of all our new friends, with at least 26 people at the dinner that night, we definitely had a lot of fun sharing laughter, stories and making one another feel warm and welcome. We hope that there will be more of such event to come, and hopefully more members would be able to join us as we really had a great time enjoying not only great food, but most importantly, getting to know amazing friends.
